celia schaefer (producer) Celia Schaefer (producer) is a Founding Member and the Managing Producer of New Avenue Theatre Project, where she has executive produced three seasons of new works. As an actress, she last performed in Jim Farmer's Morning Milking, Evening Milking at Theatre for the New City. Other appearances include Empire at EST, Arms and the Man at Long Island Stage, and Wonderful Party at the Atlantic Theater. New Avenue appearances include Heterosexuals and Four Notes and a Blender. Celia has toured the United States with Chicago City Limits Improv. She is a graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts.
